needed when the Clintons did conceive of them; they were needed by
Clintons as like not a billion dollar campaign but a trillion dollar campaign just
for Hillary. — The Clintons’ germ of the bad governance idea of unneeded
surpluses was of a playing politics as of a desperate politics - they had no
moves left after the 94 GOP proved a balancing of Fed budget could be done. –
The surpluses started as personal and selfish desperate politics - and we
should generally return them broadly to such quite publicly. – The Clintons
only had a DOUBLE OR NOTHING hand to play and play it they did -
and yes quite by corrupting a whole lot of GOPers of the balancing -
like with a betting fever - also like a government intentional flooding of
many markets.}
